Educated Recruitment are a a supply teacher employment business in it's 10th year of establishment and are looking for Cover Supervisors or Unqualified Teachers to take on exciting ad hoc supply teaching roles in and around the Torquay area.

The Job Role
Educated Recruitment are looking for Cover Supervisors / Unqualified Teachers in and around the Torquay area for ad hoc supply teaching placements.
Please note: Our daily pay rate for Cover Supervisors as a supply teacher recruitment business starts at £100 but can be negotiated up to £120 based on experience, pay scale and additional responsibilities, and is ultimately at the discretion of school budgets.

Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teacher Responsibilities
- Delivering cover lessons
- Preparing planning if required
- Following safeguarding and school policies
- Marking work as needed
- Liaising with school staff
Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teacher Essentials
- QTS or ECT status (applications from other teaching backgrounds also welcome)
- A current DBS, or Update Service subscription (the agency can apply for this)
- A 3 year minimum reference history
- Up to date knowledge of the curriculum
- Reliability
- Excellent communication skills
