- Experience: Previous experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or a similar fast-paced retail environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to drive sales and motivate others.
- Commercial Awareness: Ability to analyse business performance and drive results.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships with both customers and team members.
- Passion: A passion for fashion, customer service, and achieving sales targets.
- Qualifications: Experience in retail sales or management. Fashion retail experience is a plus, but not essential.
