A small specialist mental health nursing home in Torquay is seeking a dedicated Home Manager to lead to lead their amazing team of care professionals.

What we're looking for in a Home Manager:
- RMN qualification preferred, but RGN or RNLD candidates with extensive mental health experience will also be considered
- Will consider a Deputy Manager looking to step up to Home Manager role
- Good clinical knowledge and understanding
- You should be able to lead, develop and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
