Our client, a leading social housing provider is seeking a dedicated Youth Development Worker to join the team. As a Youth Development Worker, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one support to a small case load of up to 8 young people, aged from 16 to 25, in their journey towards independent living.Ready to take on a rewarding challenge?   • Support a small case load of up to 8 young people aged 16-25 in developing independent living skills, including training, education, benefits, budgeting, and practical homecare.
  • Work with a 5-week rota, covering a full-time 37-hour week, with shift patterns including daytime and weekend shifts.
  • Contribute to the tenancy sustainment and support young individuals in transitioning to independent living.

  • Flexibility to work varying shift patterns, including weekends, to meet the needs of the young people.

  • Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid DBS certificate.
  • Relevant safeguarding and first aid certifications.
