OFSTED concluded that the ‘Senior Leadership Team is now well placed to continue to deliver the ambitious and well-targeted plan.’ As part of our improvement journey, we are looking to recruit Social Workers across a number of key teams including Single Assessment, Operational Services and Cared For Children.
