The Role

As a Community Care Worker, you will be at the heart of our visionhelping people live safely and happily in their own homes. Your role will include:

  • Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Providing person-centred care that promotes independence and well-being
  • Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support
  • Administering medication in line with care plans
  • Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with household tasks
  • Offering companionship and emotional supportwe care for people, not just their needs
  • Administering medication safely and in line with care plans
  • Working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care

About You

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are passionate about making a difference. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A caring, empathetic nature, reliability and strong values
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience in a care role (desirable but not essential full training provided)
