We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Support Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on creditors input and may be involved in other aspects of the finance system. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling creditors input
- Utilizing Microsoft Office functions (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Dealing with customers, both internal and external
- Collaborating with team members and managing workload independently
- Ensuring awareness and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., General Data Protection Regulations)
Ideal Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance, particularly with creditors input, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills for dealing with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
