Our Client are nowlooking for a dynamic and experienced Bookkeeper to join the team to support their established business on its growth journey.
Responsibilites:
- Experience in a similar position previously within the construction industry would be very advantageous.
- Day to day accounting responsibilites.
- Manage both accounts payable and receivable
- Daily financial entries and reconciliation
- Debt Management / Credit Control
- Raising of Invoices
- Tracking Budgets
- Preparation of financial reports - monthly/annual VAT return
- Preparation for monthly management meetings
- Review and support other business processes and make suggestions for change
Skills & Experience:
- Xero experience
- Provide a high level of accuracy
- Must be able to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Previous experience using CRM's
- Experience using other accounting software such as Sage would be advantagous.
