Your new companyWorking for a housing association based in Totnes. This role is 5 days per week, 9am-3pm, initially until the end of October, but if all goes well it will be until the end of the year. Pay is £15.34 per hour.Your new roleAs Building Coordinator, the successful candidate will form part of an effective onsite Workplace Management team, providing customer and soft FM service excellence through delivery and innovation, whilst maintaining compliance within all health, safety, sustainability, and statutory compliance activities. Act as Building Coordinator to support management of desk and room bookings for internal / external customers and tenants, ensuring that meeting rooms are clean and 'turned around' in time for the next booking. Deliver high levels of customer service to customers both internal and external. To assist with monitoring security systems including CCTV / alarms for the building and liaise with any onsite security teams. To support the management of soft and hard facilities' management services To support the workplace and building management teams in ensuring that all reports and inspection records and documents are verified ahead of any internal/external audits To act as fire evacuation co-ordinator in the event of a fire or a drillDevelop and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring building co-ordination, security, and safety, both within the workplace and in the external grounds / car parks. Manage completing of catering request forms and assist with the management and delivery of catering orders.
