We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to support our business growth and manage day-to-day financial operations.
The role requires previous experience in a similar position, ideally in the fenestration or construction industry, along with AAT, ACCA, or CIMA certification.
Key responsibilities include managing financial transactions, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports.
Proficiency in Xero, intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, and a solid understanding of financial regulations are essential for this position.
The salary for this role is up to £45,000, depending on experience, along with benefits for continued learning and health and wellness.

Manage daily financial transactions and reconciliations
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
Handle debt management and credit control
Generate invoices and monitor budgets
Prepare financial reports, including monthly/annual VAT returns
Provide daily financial snapshot reports
Analyse and improve business processes for efficiency

Your Background:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the fenestration or construction industry, is highly valued
AAT, ACCA, or CIMA certification
Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Excel (Intermediate), and previous CRM experience
Exceptional accuracy, organization, and analytical skills with a methodical approach to tasks
Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
