Are you a Management Accountant or similar who has experience liaising with Directors to manage profit and loss, looking for a role that offers growing responsibilities with direct progression to become a Finance Manager?

In this role you will manage the transfer from external accounting to internal. Your main responsibility will be managing profit and loss, helping the company directors in identifying areas of improvement. You will have the support of the external team, growing your responsibilities as they are phased out - with the goal of you becoming the companies Finance Manager.

This company are the go-to premium supplier in the southwest in their niche of the window and door market. Working with high-end clientele they supply, deliver and install bespoke solutions for properties worth multiple millions.

This role would suit a Management Accountant or similar looking to progress their career in a role that offers growing responsibility for a friendly SME.

The Role:

Production of timely and accurate management accounts using Xero
Strategic decision-making, liaising with the Directors
Responsible for profit and loss
Working with external accountants and eventually phasing them out
Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm and Early finish on a Friday

The Person:

Management Accountant or similar
Looking to become a Finance Manager
Previous experience of managing profit and loss
Xero Experience
