Semi Skilled Operative

We are currently hiring for a Semi Skilled Operative in Totnes. This role is due to start in May until September 2024. You will be part of a team that maintains property and assets.

Job Description: -

• Undetake work as detailed on task sheets and specifications as instructed.
• Mixture of painting, decorating and site work.
• Ensure all work completed is completed to the relevant professional standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of tools, plant and equipment and the vehicle that you will be required to drive.

Candidate: -

• Essential to have a drivers license.
• Experience of basic carpentry, plastering, tiling and small building works is desirable.
• Used a variety of power and hand tools previously.
• A 'can do' attitude and approach.

Shift Time: -

• Monday to Friday 07:30am - 15:30pm.
