We are looking for a reliable and professional Night Porter to join our client's team. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night, delivering exceptional customer service, managing late check-ins and early departures, and maintaining a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting guests during the night
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Conducting security checks and ensuring guest safety
- Setting up for breakfast service and maintaining cleanliness
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle night-time responsibilities
- Reliable and proactive approach
