Day to day responsibilities
- Deal with estimates, client care, source of funds and onboarding
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Deal with new client instructions.
- Obtain searches
- Deal with completions and obtain mortgage funds and sending funds.
Essential Experience
- Experience in a Conveyancing adn legal environment.
To achieve the higher salary you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet the key criteria of the role by past experience and during the interview process.
