Requirements:
- Candidates with previous experience within Special Needs/ Autism/ a TA or Support Worker roles will be prioritised.
- Effective communication skills are essential.

- Adaptability and flexibility in diverse circumstances are necessary.
- Commitment to supporting students in their success and well-being is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Guide as an Autism support worker to students in their educational journey.
- Employ diverse methods to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and caregivers to create effective support plans.
- Cultivate a supportive environment to boost social and communication abilities.
- Introduce regular interventions and activities to enhance academic advancement and performance.
