What You Will Do:
• Lead the integration of a new ERP system and production equipment, establishing planning parameters and processes.• Develop and maintain production schedules, collaborating with production, commercial, and supply chain teams.• Analyse production results versus plan, continuously updating planning parameters to inform key business decisions.• Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure the timely delivery of materials for production.• Drive continuous improvement in production planning and supply chain, focusing on business process automation and integration.• Collaborate with group companies and IT/BI teams to develop integrated operational reports, enhancing operational performance visibility.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in data-driven production or supply chain planning in a high-tech manufacturing environment.• Higher level qualification in operations management/supply chain or a related discipline is beneficial.• Proficiency in using and implementing ERP/MRP systems.• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.• Experience in digital transformation projects or working in a fully digital, integrated environment is highly regarded.
