Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

  • Ensure precise invoice coding and assist with missing invoices as needed.
  • Perform reconciliation of aged creditors at month-end.
  • Maintain and review vendor card information for accuracy.
  • Verify and update vendor bank details regularly.
  • Handle vendor communications, resolve discrepancies, and manage disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor invoice aging and manage due dates effectively.

Sales Ledger:

  • Generate customer invoices and ensure accuracy in line with corresponding orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data and perform regular reviews.
  • Reconcile aged debtors at month-end.
  • Engage in credit control activities, including following up on overdue invoices.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of both sales and purchase ledger processes.
  • Strong communication skills to manage both internal and external relationships effectively.
  • A flexible, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate.
