About the Role: Wills Consultants are recruiting for a Business Support Coordinator for a fixed term 12-month contract.
After onboarding this role is a hybrid working arrangement.
As a Business Support Coordinator:
- You will be providing support and customer service to external customers, engineering staff and internal functions within the business
- Ordering and management of spare parts, creating quotations, placing orders and liaising with customers
- Raising purchase orders and creating sales invoices and sales credits
- Processing warranty claims
- Providing administration support to Service Account Managers and Site Managers
Requirements: As an experienced Business Support Coordinator, you will have:
- Experience within a similar role including dealing with high volumes of orders and customer queries
- Exposure to financial processes
- Strong IT skills
- Attention to detail and effective time management
This role would be suitable for a Business Support Administrator, Business Support Assistant, Order Fulfilment Associate, Order Management Specialist, Stores Administrator, Spares and Warranty Advisor or Spares Coordinator.
