About the Role: Wills Consultants are recruiting for a Business Support Coordinator for a fixed term 12-month contract.

After onboarding this role is a hybrid working arrangement.

As a Business Support Coordinator:

  • You will be providing support and customer service to external customers, engineering staff and internal functions within the business
  • Ordering and management of spare parts, creating quotations, placing orders and liaising with customers
  • Raising purchase orders and creating sales invoices and sales credits
  • Processing warranty claims
  • Providing administration support to Service Account Managers and Site Managers

Requirements: As an experienced Business Support Coordinator, you will have:

  • Experience within a similar role including dealing with high volumes of orders and customer queries
  • Exposure to financial processes
  • Strong IT skills
  • Attention to detail and effective time management

This role would be suitable for a Business Support Administrator, Business Support Assistant, Order Fulfilment Associate, Order Management Specialist, Stores Administrator, Spares and Warranty Advisor or Spares Coordinator.
