The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator on behalf of a specialist service business with offices near Towcester.

The Role

As Accounts Payable Administrator you will work with a Division of the business in a close knit team to cover off a mixed role of AP tasks and Stock reporting duties. Day to day duties will consist of:

  • Logging of purchases on AS400 system
  • Invoicing of customers for deliveries
  • Allocating supplier invoices against intakes
  • Matching of paperwork for delivery transactions
  • Logging and raising of credit notes for customers
  • Assisting with non-conformance reporting
  • Working alongside the trading team around supplier credit notes
  • Investigating and correcting variances
  • Providing cover across the department
