The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator on behalf of a specialist service business with offices near Towcester.
The Role
As Accounts Payable Administrator you will work with a Division of the business in a close knit team to cover off a mixed role of AP tasks and Stock reporting duties. Day to day duties will consist of:
- Logging of purchases on AS400 system
- Invoicing of customers for deliveries
- Allocating supplier invoices against intakes
- Matching of paperwork for delivery transactions
- Logging and raising of credit notes for customers
- Assisting with non-conformance reporting
- Working alongside the trading team around supplier credit notes
- Investigating and correcting variances
- Providing cover across the department
Your Profile
You will have experience across AP duties looking for a new varied role that will cover tasks in other areas which will be taught to the individual and open up their skillset to further opportunities for career development in the future.

Role of Accounts Payable Administrator based near Towcester is working in the office 5 days a week and paying a salary of £25-30K + Benefits
