Are you a Geotechnical Engineer or similar looking for the opportunity to step into a role with key responsibilities, the opportunity for progression and a variety of company benefits?

This company is a long established Geotechnical Consultancy with over 35 years in the industry operating on a range of projects from new developments to subsidence investigations. The business is continuously growing and taking on more projects so are looking to expand their workforce.

In this role you will be responsible for managing geotechnical projects from inception to completion; you will be managing budgets, travelling to sites, reviewing and writing technical reports and playing a huge role in the overall business development.

The Role:

  • Managing geotechnical projects from interception to completion
  • Writing and preparation of reports
  • Preparing and managing financial budgets for different projects
  • Site visits to supervise projects
  • Offering practical foundation advice, contaminated land assessments and sustainable drainage solutions
  • Working on soil parameters for Infrastructure design along with economic and providing environmentally sustainable remediation solutions

The Person:

  • Experience in a ground investigation environment working in a similar role
  • Degree level qualification in Geotechnical/Civil Engineering
  • Knowledge of GEO5 Design Software and geophysical surveys
