Customer Account Co-ordinator

We are looking for an aspirational Account Co-ordinator to provide exceptional service and support to customers in our friendly and vibrant Daventry office.   BASIC SALARY: £25,000 - £27,000   BENEFITS:· Excellent pension scheme · Incentive half-day off · Extra holiday for Birthday   LOCATION: Daventry, Northamptonshire   COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Northampton, Coventry, Brackley, Rugby, Towcester   JOB DESCRIPTION: Account Manager, Customer Co-ordinator, Internal Sales  - UV Lamps   As our Customer Account Co-ordinator, you will be working closely with the business development team to ensure a seamless customer journey and contribute to overall business growth.   This will be achieved by paying particular attention to maintaining accurate customer records and data and providing regular feedback on customer trends and preferences.
