  • CNC Milling Setting / Operating
  • Making prototypes to small batch products for automotive sector (1 - 20 in a batch)
  • A lot of bespoke work ranging from bearings, wheels, framework, inter-coolers, wishbones etc
  • Using Fanuc and Haas controls
  • Working on Haas and Doosan machines
  • Full quality inspection with Micrometers, Verniers, etc
  • 1st offs, tool, and tip change, running up to 2 machines

The candidate:

  • CNC Milling setting experience
  • Preferably have a precision engineering background producing prototypes and small batches
  • Able to set using Haas or Fanuc controls
