BASIC SALARY: Up to £30,000

LOCATION: This is an office based role based in Towcester.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Health & Safety Administrator, Office Administrator - Health & Safety, Construction, Groundworks
Reporting to the HSEQ Manager and Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the compliance efforts across all sites within our control. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring that our sites and operatives are compliant with health and safety regulations.
You will also:
· Assist in the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.
· Process new starters and leavers including management of induction paperwork and training cards / certificates, and updating of the training matrix.
· Assist with the distribution and recording of all site paperwork.
· Assist with all company accreditations ensuring that all audit requirements are complied with.
· Manage our approved Subcontractors Register, including the updating of existing companies' insurances / accreditations and onboarding any new companies to ensure our compliance with ISO 9001.
· Assist with the FORS Accreditation including the recording of all related E-Learning / paperwork onto our Fleet Matrix.
· Management of our iHasco E-Learning Portal and ensuring all E-Learning is undertaken in a timely manner.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Health & Safety Administrator, Office Administrator - Health & Safety, Construction, Groundworks
You will have strong analytical abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills. It goes without saying that you'll be used to working in a similar role where you have managed multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
You will also have:
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
· Experience of working within a Health & Safety / Construction environment.
· I.O.S.H Managing Safely would be advantageous, but not essential!
