What Youll Be Doing:
- Identifying, sourcing, and headhunting the top AI & tech talent.
- Building deep relationships with candidates and industry experts
- Owning client relationships and be responsible for growing the account
- Mastering LinkedIn, job boards, and advanced sourcing tools to uncover hidden talent.
- Screening, qualifying, and preparing candidates for high-level job opportunities.
- Collaborating with our sales team to deliver world-class recruitment solutions.
- Becoming an expert in AI recruitment, market trends, and candidate engagement strategies.
