Role Overview:

As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the academic, social, and emotional development of the young learners. You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative and effective lessons that align with the National Curriculum and ensure all pupils reach their full potential. You will also be an integral part of our supportive school community, working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, engaging lessons for KS1 pupils.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
