About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Health and Safety Specialist to support the creation of safe systems of work and provide training organisation using Evotix at our Silverstone site. The successful candidate will have a solid background in health and safety, with a focus on risk assessment, safe systems of work, and digital training platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document comprehensive safe systems of work across various operational areas.
- Organise and coordinate health and safety training programmes using the Evotix platform.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Provide expert advice on health and safety matters and help foster a safety-first culture.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum Health and Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) to demonstrate competence in writing risk assessments and safe systems of work.
- Experience with Evotix or similar health and safety training platforms.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing safe systems of work.
- Strong understanding of current health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in training coordination within a high-risk or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of digital health and safety management systems.
