Your Mission:

As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the Factory operates at the highest safety standards. From conducting site inspections and risk assessments to leading internal audits and supporting ISO compliance, you'll be instrumental in embedding a culture of safety and governance across the operations.

What You'll Be Doing as the Health & Safety Coordinator:

  • Conduct regular H&S inspections, reporting findings and supporting action plans.
  • Work closely with operations teams on risk assessments and safe systems of work.
  • Lead H&S audits, drive continuous improvement projects, and ensure ISO compliance.
  • Champion a proactive approach to risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate across teams, communicating safety priorities with clarity and confidence.
  • Stay ahead of the latest HSE legislation, ensuring we maintain industry-leading standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Working towards or holding a NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in manufacturing environments (preferred).
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • A team player with a passion for health & safety and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions.
