The role will support the company H.S.E.Q Manager and Health & Safety Advisor in ensuring the sites/operatives are compliant and training is up to date. This company works as one team. Alongside this you will assist in the management of the company Integrated Management System and maintaining their industry accreditations, so a proficient user of Word and Excel is required.

Role and Responsibilities

· Assist in the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.

· Processing of new starters and leavers.

· Management of all induction paperwork and training cards/certificates and the updating of the Training Matrix.

· Monitoring the Training Matrix ensuring that all qualifications are recorded and up to date.

· The booking of required training courses in a timely manner to ensure our sites/operatives remain compliant.

· Assist with the distribution and recording of all site paperwork including Toolbox Talks, Point of Works, Daily Briefings etc.

· Assist with answering calls in the office.

· Assist with all company accreditations, ensuring that all audit requirements are complied with.

· Management of our Approved Subcontractors Register, including the updating of existing companies’ insurances/accreditations and onboarding any new companies to ensure our compliance with ISO 9001.

· Management of our iHasco E-Learning Portal and ensuring all E-Learning is undertaken in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • GCSE’s & relevant college qualifications (Compliance)
  • Experience within an office environment

  • Competent user of Microsoft office (Excel/word)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is imperative.

  • Health & Safety / Construction background
