HR Advisor

Salary: Competitive

What your day will look like?

  • You will be working closely with senior members within the HR team, advising and supporting across various teams including the technical teams of the business.
  • Assisting with the development of processes and procedures across the business, advising on best practice.
  • Being the first point of contact for ER related queries, employee development, and workforce planning.
  • Assisting with key projects across the business, including performance reviews, succession planning.
  • Analysing and processing of data, working closely with senior members of the team in regards to trends and working to solutions.

The ideal candidate for this role will be studying towards a CIPD or hold a CIPD qualification, have a good understanding of UK employment law and policies, be able to work in a pressured and busy environment, ideally experience of working with a technical setting this might be IT or Engineering based, work well in a team, and have the ability to work closely with an array of people.
