About the Marketing Assistant role: We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to help implement UK marketing strategy, with potential international support. Previous experience is not essential as we are looking for an individual who is willing to learn and pick things up quickly.
You will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, such as stock ordering for events, organising deliveries, and supporting trade shows for which strong time management and prioritisation skills are essential.
No prior experience in marketing systems is required as training is provided to train a motivated individual or a graduate. This is a temporary (6-Month) hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Requirements: The ideal Marketing Assistant will offer the following attributes:
- Strong time-management and prioritisation skills
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, flexibly, and maintain confidentiality
- Familiar with web analytics, search strategies, and social media ethics
- Strong communication, presentation, and advisory skills
- Confident in advising and working with stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Additionally, the following qualities would be desirable but not essential:
- IT marketing design and event management experience
- CIM qualification with ongoing development
- Knowledge of relevant laws and marketing best practices
