Marketing Executive

Our client, a small but dynamic business is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to bring their marketing function in-house.

Hybrid working is offered after an initial office-based period.

This is a pivotal role within the business and you will be working closely with the business leadership team collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximise the potential of all marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating marketing plans for the year.
• Implementing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
• Market research, analysing consumer behaviour and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Handling budgets to maximise performance.
• Social media planning and scheduling across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Organising events, networking meetings and expeditions.
• Engaging with the public to promote the company’s products and services.

You should have at least 3 years’ previous marketing experience within an SME business, a good working knowledge of all core marketing areas and the ability to work autonomously in this standalone role.

This role is within commuting distance of places such as Milton Keynes, Brackley and Northampton.
