Production Manager / Senior Production Team Leader  

Location: Towcester Area

Hours : Mon -Thursday 8.00am -4.00pm , Friday 8.00am -1.00pm

Salary : £35000-£45000 plus excellent benefits package

175 hours holiday per year + bank holidays (25 days). We also close over the Christmas break.

We are fortunate to be able to support our client to recruit  on the outskirts of Towcester for a Production Manager or flexible for a senior Production Team Leader for an Engineering / Electronics company

The role is:

Manage a team of 10-15 Technicians & Supervisors

Monitor production activities and produce and track KPI’s and KSI’s for the wider management team.

Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes

Lead time generation for the Sales team

Work Order maintenance

Manage the computer management system (Epicor Kinetic)

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies within the production department.

Continuously identify opportunities for process & efficiency improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and streamline processes.

Monitor production equipment, its maintenance and calibration

Perform hands-on tasks as needed, including Inspecting, packing, inventory control.

Support the team during peak periods, staff shortages, or urgent operational requirements.

The role is a permanent full-time office based role at  Towcester site.
