Job Description:
We are seeking passionate, adaptable, and reliable Supply Teachers to join our network of schools covering Towcester. As a supply teacher, you will provide cover for absent teachers on a short- or long-term basis across a variety of subjects and age groups. This is a great opportunity for teachers who want flexibility, experience working in diverse school environments, and the chance to focus on teaching without the extra responsibilities of full-time roles.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of subjects (depending on school needs)
• Follow lesson plans provided or, when necessary, create engaging lessons to inspire students
• Ensure the progress, well-being, and safety of all students
• Manage classroom behavior in line with the school's policies
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions between cover sessions
• Mark and assess students' work as required during longer placements

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Previous teaching experience, ideally in UK schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo a DBS check)
