Mixxos is currently recruiting a Sales Engineer to manage all incoming sales enquiries, create quotations, and assist clients with product enquires. This role offers both stability and opportunities for development!

Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 09:00 am-5:00 pm
  • Friday: 09:00 am-2:00 pm (35-hour week)

Salary:

  • £35,000-£40,000 (depending on experience)
  • Performance-related bonus

Hybrid working: Available once training and probation are completed.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Engineer:

  • Manage all inbound sales inquiries
  • Generate accurate and efficient client quotations and process orders
  • Assist field service engineers with product inquiries
  • Ensure follow-up calls are handled effectively and address potential issues
  • Offer technical support and guidance to customers and onsite engineers
  • Proactively identify and pass potential business opportunities to the Sales Director
  • Manage existing accounts through regular contact via phone and email
  • Conduct occasional client visits
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
  • Keep up to date with product features and pricing
  • Foster long-term customer relationships through exceptional service

You must:

  • Have previous internal sales experience
  • Have a technical bias in Mechanical or Electrical fields
  • Be exceptionally organised
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to build rapport with customers and offer a consultative service
  • Have a desire to join a growing business and a passion to progress and develop
  • Be able to use initiative and push boundaries

The role will begin with at least 6 months in the office for training, after which hybrid working is available once your induction is complete.
