The role:

As a SEN Teacher, you'll be the unsung hero in the classroom, championing the cause of students with diverse learning needs.

Designing and implementing individualised learning plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each student
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student feels welcomed and valued
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to ensure a holistic approach to student development
Empowering students to overcome challenges, build confidence, and unlock their full potential
Keeping abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and technologies in special education to continually enhance your practice
