The role:

As a SEN Teacher, you'll be the unsung hero in the classroom, championing the cause of students with diverse learning needs.

  • Designing and implementing individualised learning plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each student
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student feels welcomed and valued
  • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to ensure a holistic approach to student development
  • Empowering students to overcome challenges, build confidence, and unlock their full potential
  • Keeping abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and technologies in special education to continually enhance your practice
