Are you a skilled and passionate tutor looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a Workshop Tutor to join a dynamic Alternative Provision setting, working with young people who thrive outside of mainstream education.

As a Workshop Tutor, you will:

• Deliver engaging, hands-on workshops tailored to students' needs and interests.
• Provide practical and vocational learning experiences in a supportive environment.
• Build confidence, motivation, and skills for life and work.
• Work closely with students, helping them to achieve their potential.

• Experience in delivering practical or vocational training (e.g., construction, mechanics, brickwork, or life skills).
• A patient, encouraging, and adaptable approach.
• A passion for working with young people who need a different kind of education.
• Strong communication and behavior management skills.
