Responsibilities:
- To prescribe the 4 dementia medications: Donepezil, Galantamine, Rivastigmine and Memantine.
- To review medications and continue prescribing, only when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed notes of medications & dosage provided to patient.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fully enhanced valid DBS
- Must hold non-medical prescriber V300 Qualification
- Must have experience prescribing.

Rate Breakdown:
31ph LTD | PAYE Inclusive: 27.81
We offer a 250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
