Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are recruiting for an SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Ormskirk, supporting primary and secondary-aged pupils.



Role Details:


  • Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN.
  • Support students with a range of additional needs, including emotional, social, and academic challenges.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for pupils.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment to encourage engagement and growth.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching students with SEN, ideally across primary and secondary age groups.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
