The RoleAs Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial efficiency. Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director / CFO, you will lead a high-performing finance team and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:?? Financial & Management Reporting - Prepare accurate financial reports, providing analysis for decision-making.?? Process & System Improvement - Enhance financial controls and reporting efficiency.?? Audit & Compliance - Work with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.?? Cashflow & Budgeting - Manage forecasting, cost structures, and revenue recognition.?? Leadership - Supervise and develop the finance team, fostering continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For:? Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ICAS) with experience as a Financial Controller.? Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to financial management.? Advanced Excel & ERP system proficiency.? A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a drive for process improvement.
