  • The role requires at least 3 years of experience in finance management and proficiency in advanced MS Excel.

Reed Finance are delighted to be support one of our clients based on the out-skirts of Edinburgh, to recruit for a new Finance Manager position.

Reporting into the Director of Finance, my client is keen to meet with Chartered Accountants who have strong technical & business partnering skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Providing financial reports and interpret financial information for the CFO, recommending further courses of action
  • Responsible for reconciling company accounts for all jurisdictions and manage day-to-day tax and financial affairs in conjunction with relevant country managers or external advisers
  • Collaborate with operational management to gather and analyse accurate sales forecast information, presenting findings to the CEO and management team
  • Analysing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance compared to business plans
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Oversee operations of the finance department, including payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
  • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget with the Director of Finance
  • Liaising with auditors to provide necessary information for audits
  • Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to discuss company plans and future strategies
