The Opportunity
As their business continues to grow rapidly, they are expanding their Admin and Compliance team. This role will involve supporting both the Office Administrator and Compliance Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Main Duties
Although this is not an exhaustive list, below gives an idea of the varied workload associated with this role;
Carrying out general administrative duties accurately and efficiently.
Supporting with the day to day admin of their construction projects, from enquiry through to client aftercare, in line with internal procedures.
Providing a professional and friendly first point of contact for all clients.
Ensuring all incoming post, telephone calls and generic mailboxes are actioned as appropriate, and directing communications to the appropriate colleague.
Typing general correspondence - letters, emails, reports meeting minutes, specifications, board reports, health and safety documentation and new site set up notifications.
Diary Management and preparation of meeting schedules and arrangements.
Maintaining Drawing Registers for all projects, ensuring that they are kept up to date, printed and issued in line with their procedures.
Issuing regular reports to the management team, as required.
Maintaining an accurate filing system.
Ensuring that required items including stationery are ordered for the office.
Supporting with Marketing admin including marketing activity, mailshots, organising events, producing flyers/promotional material, PR, etc.
Ensure office spaces are tidy at all times.
Assisting in the maintaining and updating of spreadsheets and records.
Provide admin support with Estate Management duties, including assisting with obtaining quotes, arranging site visits for engineers.
Create agendas, take minutes and distribute.
Support Recruitment campaigns.
Assist in updating of internal processes and procedures.
HR admin support, including annual leave and absence processes, contracts, disciplinary, reports etc, using HR Breathe system.
Assisting with payroll and processing of the wages.
Work collaboratively with other team members on aspects of the business.
Ensuring Compliance Manager, Administrator, Directors and staff have everything they require on time.
Assist in implementing admin procedures and ensuring they are followed.
Any other administrative support ensuring high levels of accuracy at all times.
Requirements

Salary and Benefits
24K depending on experience
Within this role, you will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You will receive 28 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays).
