Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit for a Customer Account Sales Executive to join an existing successful team of people.
Basic Salary is 24-26K plus 4K bonus paid every 3 months.
- You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer
- service role
- Proven track record working to KPIs.
- Ability to learn about products and services
- Able to handle objections and rejection
- Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
- An ability to embrace change and adapt to business requirements
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when required.
- Process orders in an accurate manner
- Keep records of calls and sales on CRM system
