Our cutting-edge manufacturing client in Tredegar are seeking a Data Validation Administrator to join them on a Temporary basis for a period of 3 Months.

We are seeking an experienced administrator who has excellent Excel experience and who is used to working with complex data, to provide administrative support that helps maintain and optimise the CRM and ERP systems by mapping, organising, and managing data.

Experience of using ERP and CRM systems would be highly desirable for this role.

Hourly rate will be between 12.50 - 14.41 per hour depending on experience.


What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in mapping, structuring, and validating data between the ERP system and CRM system.
  • Monitor data integrity and identify and correct data inconsistencies, duplications, and gaps to maintain clean, structured databases.
  • Assist in the creation of custom fields, workflows, and automation rules within the CRM and ERP to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Input and update customer and sales data into the CRM system.
  • Generate reports and insights from CRM data to support decision-making.
  • Assist with the integration and optimisation of new data sources.
  • Maintain and update internal records, spreadsheets, and reports.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Experience with ERP (Sypro) and CRM (HubSpot) systems or similar would be desirable.
  • Strong experience of using Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to use intuition and make decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Role Details:

  • 26-30k salary equivalent dependant on experience.
  • 40 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm; Friday 8am-4pm.
  • Location: On-site at the company Head Office in Tredegar.
  • 28 days holiday per year.
  • Free on-site parking.
