Academics are currently looking for an NQT to start working in a primary school in Blaenau Gwent, with the option for longer term positions performance depending. We know it can be difficult to initially get into a good school for long term positions as a Primary NQT, so we would love to offer and help you achieve securing a good position that is a good fit for you.
Criteria for a Primary NQT working in Blaenau Gwent:
- 2 recent teacher references
- PGCE or equivalent with QTS
- An enhanced DBS
- Rights to work in the UK
This role requires you to deliver successful lessons whilst having effective classroom management. Being empathetic and understanding of the children is essential, whilst also keeping professional relationships with all other staff. Being able to delegate tasks to Teaching assistants well is also desirable, ensuring a good flow and environment in the classroom.

Furthermore, our gold standard compliance team will ensure everyone involved is safe and protected throughout the whole process. A daily rate of pay will be between £166 to £180.
