Hoop PS & HR are working with a market-leading organisation in Blaenau Gwent that is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to drive the people agenda and make a real impact across the business.This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000, along with a pension scheme, salary sacrifice options, and an end-of-year bonus scheme. Employees will benefit from enhanced holiday entitlement, structured around site shutdowns, as well as the advantage of half-day finishes on Fridays. This is a full-time, site-based position where you will play a key role in shaping the HR function.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies to align with best practices
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees on HR matters
  • Oversee employee relations and performance management
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Spearhead employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Drive Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) initiatives
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Support the HR team in delivering key business objectives
  • Produce HR reports and key metrics to inform decision-making
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to shape and deliver HR strategies
  • Coach and upskill managers to enhance leadership capabilities
