Customer Sales Representative – UK based German Speaker
Permanent 40 per week, Monday to Friday
Tredegar, South Wales
£24-26k plus Bonus
RSW are looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Sales Representative for a permanent role with my client, a medical device manufacturer based in Tredegar.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the main purpose of the role is to contact existing and potential customers through tele-sales activity and record activity.
Main Tasks
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed – setting appointments as required
- Enter and update customer information in Hubspot
- Process orders in an accurate manner – progress to Quotation via Hubspot workflow
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Continuous improvement on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of campaigns
- Measured success to be monitored with delivery against impact – daily, weekly and monthly Reporting
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good knowledge of Hubspot and telephone systems (ie, Aircall)
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English and German
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- An ability to embrace change and adapt to business requirements
