As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring clinical care exceeds professional standards and legal requirements
- Providing specialist nursing support and advice
- Taking charge of resident care in the Home Managers absence
- Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic service
- Mentoring and sharing knowledge with team members
- Supporting students as a practice supervisor and assessor
- Delivering a person-centred approach to care
- Recognising and responding to signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect
- Attending safeguarding training and additional related training
- Seeking advice and reporting concerns, escalating if necessary
