Cherry Professional is seeking a Field Service Engineer for a permanent position with travel required across the UK.
The role offers a salary of up to £45,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £55,000, along with a vehicle and fuel card.
Candidates should have experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, servicing, and repairs, ideally with a background in automated filling and packaging equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems, as well as implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
Applicants are expected to have relevant experience working with plant, machinery, and services, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Field Service Engineer | travel required | Permanent | Up to £45,000 | Vehicle and Fuel Card | OTE £55000Cherry Professional are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to conduct Electrical and Mechanical maintenance, servicing and repairs to machinery UK wide.Responsibilities:• Diagnosing faults with machinery• Servicing and emergency repairs• Carry out asset care plans and PM schedules across a range of automated filling and packaging equipment, robotics, site services and liquids processing equipment.• Operating within a CMMS system• Plant, machinery, and services breakdowns, identifying root cause, and implementing the required mechanical and electrical asset care.• Assist with contractor servicing of plant, machinery, and services.• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards• Follow maintenance schedules and carry out routine servicingof machinery• Process Improvement, Quality, reporting and Safety.
