TeacherActive is thrilled to be working with a vibrant secondary school in Halifax in the search for a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Maths. This is a remarkable opportunity for an experienced educator to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on students' lives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified secondary mathematics schoolteacher to start on a full-time basis in September 2024. The successful application will be working across both Key Stage 3/ KS3 and Key Stage 4/ KS4, with exam preparation for GCSE’s. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that inspire students and develop their mathematical skills and understanding. You will play a key role in helping students achieve their academic goals through a high level of instruction. This position requires a dynamic and innovative educator who can adapt to the needs of diverse learners.
The successful Mathematics teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level, with a track record of achieving excellent student outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of the mathematics curriculum and current educational practices.
